We will coordinate all aspects of your project completion. 

We will coordinate all Contractors - Installation & Maintenance required to handle your improvement projects. Energy Productivity ensures:

• Reputable contractors - contractors will secure all permits
• Timely completion as outlined in the Energy Action Plan
• Safe work practices are adhered
• Industry standards are met
• Worksite is left in good condition
• Minimal customer impact through consistent communication
• Your account manager will be available for all questions

We recognize you may have a preferred contractor you wish to work with.
If so, please recommend your preferred contractor to us!

To ensure compliance, Energy Productivity will complete all Verification and Testing through:

• Review commissioning & test reports
• Check copies of permits
• Confirmation with Regulatory Agencies as required
• Check contractor invoices against Energy Action Plan – no surprises
• One month and six month checks of customer utility bills – as a guide
• Customer review conducted – to ensure customer satisfaction
• Guarantees / warranties delivered to customer
